User Agreement — Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (Terms) carefully before using the LKO corporation mobile application operated by LKO group company.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Use of the App
You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Prohibited Uses
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose;
- Interfere with the operation or security of the App;
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code;
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the App are owned by LKO Group or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written permission.
5. Privacy Policy
Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Third‑Party Services
The App may include links to, or use services provided by, third parties. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third‑party services.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LKO Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
